Junior Swordplay for Ages 7–9!

Junior Swordplay is a new concept where fencing is practiced through games and playful activities. The sessions focus on developing children’s basic motor skills, including balance, coordination, concentration, and overall motor development. The main emphasis is on games and playful exercises, and sword handling is practiced on soft targets. The course uses foam swords as training equipment.

Junior Swordplay also develops other important skills, such as emotional and social interaction skills, as well as self-awareness. During training, children learn to respect their peers and consider others.

This group is intended for children aged 7–9.

Training: Fridays, 17:00 – 17:45

Exceptions: No sessions on September 19 or October 24.

Course fee: €80

We can also arrange trial sessions of Junior Swordplay for school groups, sports clubs, or other children’s groups. Please inquire for more information!

If you have any questions about Junior Swordplay, or if your child has special needs, you are welcome to contact us in advance. Through Junior Swordplay, each child can learn valuable skills for working in a group.

The instructors have a background in Haidong Gumdo (Korean sword art), where the art is practiced according to age and skill level, teaching various techniques and sword handling. However, Junior Swordplay is not Haidong Gumdo, and no techniques from the martial art are taught in this course.
